Other makes in the same colours are fine, however no logos, writing or patterns other than Coppice Farm are allowed.

The school governors encourage every child to wear school uniform – in a recent survey 100% of parents responding wanted a uniform.

Our Dress Code

  • School or plain polo shirt – white
  • School or plain sweatshirt, fleece or cardigan – red only (not black or grey)
  • Red checked summer dress (optional)

Footwear

Both boys and girls should wear sensible black or navy school shoes with low heels. No trainers are to be worn in school but they may be brought to change into at playtimes.

PE And Games Kit

Plain white t-shirt, plain navy or black shorts (plus plimsolls if wanted) in a draw string bag.

Children will also need trainers for outdoor games, and a plain navy or black tracksuit or similar in colder weather as we go outside all year round.  On the days they have PE, the children should wear their PE kits to school instead of their usual uniform.

Jewellery

We ask that children do not wear any jewellery in school other than a watch and plain stud earrings.  All jewellery (including stud earrings) will have to be removed for PE and swimming.

Swimming

LKS2 children have an opportunity to swim during each school year at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre.

For this they will need a costume or trunks and a towel.  Bikinis, and shorts for boys, are not permitted. Goggles are only permitted with a letter of consent signed by a parent/carer.
